Sweepstakes Rules and Details

1. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Zio Pepe's, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes will be held weekly. Each entry period starts at 12:01 AM EST on Saturday and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the following Thursday.

The winner will be selected every Friday.

 

3. How to Enter
To enter the sweepstakes, subscribe to Zio Pepe's mailing list by visiting our website at https://www.ziopepespizza.com/free-pizza-friday and completing the subscription form.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
The random drawing will be conducted on Friday by Zio Pepe's staff.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription within 24 hours of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

5. Prize
The prize is one (1) large cheese pizza from Zio Pepe's.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered.
The prize must be claimed in person at Zio Pepe's located at 23-19 23rd Avenue, Queens, NY 11105.
The winner must present a valid ID to claim the prize.

6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Zio Pepe's, which are final and binding in all respects. Zio Pepe's reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Zio Pepe's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. Zio Pepe's is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes.

7. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Zio Pepe's privacy policy, which can be viewed by clicking the button below.
By entering the sweepstakes, you consent to receive promotional emails from Zio Pepe's. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email received.

8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Zio Pepe's, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

9. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Queens, New York.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York State, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
